{"id":5239,"date":"2016-09-06T10:55:16","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T15:55:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/derechosinfronteras.pe\/?p=1787"},"modified":"2016-09-06T10:55:16","modified_gmt":"2016-09-06T15:55:16","slug":"walter-gutierrez-es-el-nuevo-defensor-del-pueblo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/derechosinfronteras.pe\/ingles\/walter-gutierrez-es-el-nuevo-defensor-del-pueblo\/","title":{"rendered":"Walter Guti\u00e9rrez  es el nuevo Defensor del Pueblo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria realizada el d\u00eda de hoy en el Congreso de la Republica y sin debate alguno sobre los candidatos, se eligio al pr\u00f3ximo Defensor del Pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>Es Walter Guti\u00e9rrez el\u00a0 elegido con 94 votos a favor, 27 en contra y 6 abstenciones, quien presidir\u00e1 durante los pr\u00f3ximos 5 a\u00f1os el \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo como lo es la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.defensoria.gob.pe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Defensor\u00eda del Pueblo<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La designaci\u00f3n de Guti\u00e9rrez, ex decano del Colegio de Abogados de Lima, fue aprobada por la mayor\u00eda absoluta de Fuerza Popular, Peruanos por el Kambio, Acci\u00f3n Popular y del Apra, quienes respaldaron su candidatura.<\/p>\n<p>Walter Guti\u00e9rrez Camacho. Es exdecano del Colegio de Abogados de Lima y expresidente del Tribunal de Honor del Pacto \u00c9tico electoral. Estudi\u00f3 derecho en la Universidad San Mart\u00edn de Porres.
