CON GRAN OPTIMISMO Y MORAL EN ALTO, LA ASAMBLEA del 14 DE MAYO DE LAS COMUNIDADES CAMPESINAS DE GRAU Y COTABAMBAS, ACORD\u00d3 PARTIR HACIA ABANCAY, CAPITAL DE APUR\u00cdMAC, Y MARCHAR DESDE EL LUNES 16 DE MAYO EN CONTRA DE LA MILITARIZACI\u00d3N Y LA CRIMINALIZACION DE LA PROTESTA CAMPESINA EN COTABAMBAS Y GRAU- APURIMAC.<\/span><\/div>\n

El Estado peruano, coludido con la Minera MMG Las Bambas, como parte de su plan pol\u00edtico de aplastar y desorganizar al movimiento campesino de las comunidades de influencia directa e indirecta de las provincias de Cotabambas y Grau, vienen empapelando de denuncias penales y notificaciones de investigaci\u00f3n a las diversas organizaciones sociales, dirigentes y campesinos humildes, que han venido luchando contra los perjuicios, da\u00f1os e incumplimientos que ha generado la gran miner\u00eda al pueblo, desde hace a\u00f1os hasta la actualidad. As\u00ed, la Asociaci\u00f3n Uccamba, Federaci\u00f3n Campesina, Frente de Defensa de Cotabambas, la Organizaci\u00f3n Paquis Waraka<\/span>, asi como asociaciones de transportistas, hoteleros<\/span>, entre otras, si distinci\u00f3n de su car\u00e1cter, sea de asociaci\u00f3n, frente o movimiento, son perseguidos judicial, policial y pol\u00edticamente por el Estado, con sus \u00f3rganos de control, como la Fiscal\u00eda y la PNP.<\/div>\n

La consigna es clara: \u00a1ALTO A LA MILITARIZACI\u00d3N, ALTO A LA CRIMINALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA PROTESTA POPULAR EN LA PROVINCIA DE COTABAMBAS Y GRAU-APURIMAC!<\/span> Los cargos penales bajo el cual, el Ministerio P\u00fablico, siguiendo los mandatos del ejecutivo y de la empresa minera, son: a) Delito de Disturbios, b) Delito de peligro com\u00fan con medios catastr\u00f3ficos y fabricaci\u00f3n, suministro o tenencia de material peligroso, c) delitos de da\u00f1os agravados, d) delitos de secuestro, e) delito de usurpaci\u00f3n, f) delitos de lesiones<\/span>; entre otras. Es decir, como se aprecia, se acusa al pueblo por defender nuestros recursos naturales y nuestra tierra comunal, rechazar la contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental y protestar contra la estafa, enga\u00f1o y esquilmaci\u00f3n que ha significado la inversi\u00f3n minera de la Minera MMG Las Bambas. El desarrollo que nos prometieron ha sido falso, el di\u00e1logo que nos ofrecen es falso, y sus promesas han sido falsas; en una palabra, pura falsedad ha tra\u00eddo este proyecto Minero Las Bambas, y por eso, los pueblos de las comunidades campesinas nos levantamos y alzamos nuestra voz de protesta.<\/div>\n

Esta Marcha hacia ABANCAY, CAPITAL DE APURIMAC<\/span>, es fundamental en nuestro objetivo de preparar las condiciones HACIA EL PARO REGIONAL DE TODO APURIMAC<\/span> CONTRA LA MINERA MMG LAS BAMBAS <\/span>y el ESTADO PERUANO<\/span>, qui\u00e9n viene desarrollando una pol\u00edtica exclusiva de beneficio a la gran minera, sin importar la aprobaci\u00f3n de las comunidades campesinas ni las consecuencias para todo el pueblo, menos aun sin respetar a agricultura ni a la miner\u00eda artesanal, como alternativas de desarrollo para el pueblo. Por ello, marcharemos por las calles de Abancay y frente a las instituciones del Estado, como la Fiscal\u00eda, Poder Judicial, Gobernaci\u00f3n, entre otras, EXIGIENDO<\/span> destituci\u00f3n, sanci\u00f3n, etc, de todos los funcionarios coludidos en esta campa\u00f1a de criminalizaci\u00f3n de la protesta popular y difundiendo a la poblaci\u00f3n como nos est\u00e1n persiguiendo cual delincuentes e invasores, en nuestras propias tierras comunales y por protestar leg\u00edtimamente por tanto abuso y enga\u00f1o. Tambi\u00e9n presentaremos nuestras denuncias penales por abuso de autoridad e invasi\u00f3n de terrenos comunales, que realiza las Fuerzas Policiales en contubernio con la Fiscal\u00eda de Challhuahuacho, como el impresentable Fiscal Walter Vilca, cuando reprimen y amedrentar a los humildes campesinos y al pueblo, en general. Los culpables de estos atropellos deben pagar: gobierno de Ollanta Humala, Ministerio del Interior, Jose Luis Perez Guadalupe, Jefe de la PNP, Fiscalia, etc, todos los que atentan contra el pueblo y sus derechos. El pueblo debe saber nuestra verdad.<\/div>\n

Por otro lado, hay que decirlo bien clarito, \u00bfque hemos conseguido con la existencia de tantas Minas en nuestra Regi\u00f3n? \u00bfNo somos acaso fuente permanente de pobreza extrema y ni siquiera tenemos inter-conectividad vial y con las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas de la informaci\u00f3n entre nuestros distritos, Provincias, pueblos, comunidades, escuelas, etc.?<\/span> Por ello, en nuestra PLATAFORMA DE LUCHA,<\/span> exigimos: I) RESPETO AL CONVENIO N\u00ba 169 DE LA OIT, LA CONSTITUCI\u00d3N POL\u00cdTICA DEL PER\u00da Y LA LEGISLACI\u00d3N COMUNAL, AMBIENTAL Y MINERA POR PARTE DEL ESTADO Y LA MINERA LAS BAMBAS, II) INMEDIATA ZONIFICACI\u00d3N ECON\u00d3MICA Y ECOL\u00d3GICA DE APURIMAC, CON PARTICIPACI\u00d3N DE LAS COMUNIDADES CAMPESINAS, III) NULIDAD DEL SEGUNDO ESTUDIO DE IMPACTO AMBIENTAL DEL PROYECTO MINERO LAS BAMBAS, IV) NULIDAD DE TODOS LOS CONTRATOS Y ACUERDOS ENTRE COMUNIDADES CAMPESINAS Y EMPRESA MINERA LAS BAMBAS, V) AUDITOR\u00ccA Y REVISI\u00d3N DE INVERSIONES DE FOSBAN, VI) SANCI\u00d3N A LOS RESPONSABLES DE LAS MUERTES DEL PARO DEL 2015 Y ARCHIVAMIENTO DEFINITIVO DE TODA DENUNCIA PENAL CONTRA EL PUEBLO EN LUCHA;<\/span> entre otros puntos de reclamos.<\/div>\n

Finalmente, realizamos un LLAMAMIENTO <\/span>a todas las organizaciones sociales, politicas, culturales, campesinas, municipales, transportistas, estudiantes, profesores, trabajadores de mercados, etc., de ABANCAY, a unirse a nuestra MOVILIZACI\u00d3N EN CONTRA DE LA MILITARIZACI\u00d3N Y CRIMINALIZACI\u00d3N DE LA PROTESTA EN COTABAMBAS Y GRAU-APURIMAC<\/span>, y en contra la Minera MMG Las Bambas y el Estado peruano. \u00a1SOLO UNIDOS, TRIUNFAREMOS!.<\/span><\/div>\n
